Size and Fit

Pros:

  • "Not bulky. Fits perfect in a backpack."
  • "It comfortably holds an A4 size paper."
  • "Can hold up to 100 papers of A4 size."
  • "This thing can easily hold all of your documents and can easily fit in a box."
  • "These fit a ton. I'm using one for tax papers and other important documents."
  • "It’s very lightweight, and doesn’t take up much space."
  • "It's so compact I can easily store my old ones and have room for many future years to come."

Cons:

  • "Way too small.. a4 certificates fits exactly.. not even 1 cm space left on both sides."
  • "The capacity of the file folder isn't large enough to hold the few precious items I get from my kids."
  • "If you are looking to file more than 10 pieces of paper, I’d stay away from this as the sections don’t hold much."
  • "The pockets are about a 1/4-inch too shallow to hold a standard 8.5x11-inch sheet of paper."
  • "The stretchy band that wraps around the top flap 'button' to keep it closed does not stretch far enough."
  • "Simple and cheap, but doesn't really expand as much as it says and most of my papers stick out and block the labels."
  • "The elastic band closing mechanism on the flap is kinda short and won't extend to the button latch on the case if you have more than a few inches of materials in the case."

Material and Durability

Pros:

  • "The accordion sides are not as flimsy as many of these I've had."
  • "The outer plastic is very sturdy and the inner plastic dividers protect documents great."
  • "The product is sturdy and well put together."
  • "Sturdy elastic cord will last longer because it wraps around from the back and under to loop around the low profile button."
  • "The folder itself is sturdy and durable."
  • "I am amazed at the durability and quality of this file folder/binder."
  • "The durability of these folders is impressive."

Cons:

  • "Cheaply made, though looks like it will hold for a while."
  • "For long term storage these probably would not survive better than plastic that tends to become brittle and disintegrate."
  • "It’s cheap, annoying, but I mean, it does the job."
  • "The quality of the folder material feels like it will crack at any moment."
  • "It’s just a flimsy, plastic file folder."
  • "The plastic seems pretty flimsy and cheap."
  • "Unbelievably poor construction."

Design and Functionality

Pros:

  • "These are the perfect way to classify and store all your paper work."
  • "This is perfect for what I needed."
  • "Needed these to organize medical documents. Perfect."
  • "The label holders are a great little feature, also simple."
  • "The built in dividers are great for this purpose."
  • "Comes with little tabs for naming certain files that you can also change when needed."
  • "They work great and hold up well."

Cons:

  • "The tab color choices are limited to white, gray, yellow, orange, and teal, so not many options."
  • "Primary problem is that the slot for the tabs is so low that, when have have added standard 8.5x11 sheets to the sections, you can no longer see the tabs."
  • "The supports that hold the plastic tabs in place actually BLOCK the paper from resting at the bottom."
  • "Even with the papers inserted correctly and not sitting on the crease, they still partly or entirely cover the index tabs which is the entire purpose of a multi-pocket organizer."
  • "The whole point of folders like this is to be able to organize papers into categories. The dividers in this folder are recessed so if you have standard size paper in two connecting pockets, you can't see the divider between them or even see where it is."
  • "The only compaint is regarding the tabs. They don't stick up above the papers, even when the folder is fully expanded so they get lost behind stuff filed in front."
  • "The big con is that you can't see the tabs because your documents will cover them."
