Color and Appearance

Pros:

  • "Never leave reviews online about stuff but I had too on this. First of all the no fade black is absolutely unreal....I've been fishing heavy all summer and there is absolutely no fade what so ever."
  • "Casting is smooth as butter and virtually no color fade."
  • "Color is terrific for murky waters like ponds and lakes!!"
  • "I really like the moss green as it disappears into the water in the lakes and ponds I usually fish."
  • "I chose the lime green and there has been no fading."
  • "The colors are amazing!"
  • "The color is great."

Cons:

  • "Purchased the 30 pound pink line and spooled up my curado dc for bass fishing. The dye from the pink line faded after only two days of fishing."
  • "Only bad thing is that the orange has started to fade in about a month of having it."
  • "After the first use, it stained my reel, fingers and gloves."
  • "As I spooled my 4000 Penn reel the color was all over my hands."
  • "It also fades so I don't care what they say mine has faded drastically."
  • "The line color has faded so bad that you cant even see it when trolling any more."
  • "Be cautious with the green moss, the ink bleeds off it quickly (like your first couple of casts)."

Cons:

  • "I want a full refund.. even a full refund would not make up for all the lost tackle.."
  • "Disliked that the offer for free line ended prior to my ordering. I believe it may have never existed and was merely a way to gather data."
  • "I thought this would be a great value for the money. But it's junk. The line snapped on casts and snags."
  • "This stuff made me want to quit fishing."
  • "I bought this product expecting to go out and fish and have a good time I have not to my knowledge general rule of thumb is 3/4 of an ounce of weight to 10 lb test well I can't put 3/4 of an ounce of weight and put the bait weigh in the water with this line it snaps as if it's five or six pound test never buy cuz I'm never buying again."
  • "I was hoping for the best giving this line a try but kind of disappointed in the end."
  • "If you enjoy spending 3 hours trying to get 300 yards of braided line on to a reel then by all means order this."
