Support and Comfort
Pros:
"They provide awesome support, elevating pains in my knee that I used to get when using the factory insoles of my Altras."
"I use these in all of my shoes (work boots, runners, and dress). Firm arch support but not fully solid, so it has just enough give to stay comfortable."
"We tell patients usually to get powerstep inserts but I think the Currexx inserts work better and people love them."
"Have used these for years in walking boots, work shoes and ultra running trainers."
"The arch support has some flexibility to it while still providing support."
"I love the way they cup my heel keeping it snug."
"These are durable and comfortable and take care of real problems I was having with instep pain."
Cons:
"There is very little support and cushioning in this product."
"They are comfortable but only lasted me 6 mo before the heels in both them got holes."
"Fairly stiff and this did not give me the cushioning I hoped for."
"However, they now don’t seem to have much cushion. I will be looking for an alternative."
"The support they provide seems to wear out after a month or so."
"I'm not finding these very supportive at all. Especially nor for the price."
"These are expensive but did little to change the issues I was having with my feet."
Fit and Sizing
Pros:
"If you plan to get these to cut down to your shoe, make sure you get a size up."
"Purchase a size bigger if you are not sure!"
"I bought the small that are supposed to fit in women's sneakers up to size 7."
"Theses insoles were wonderful right out of the box. No cutting required for me and they fit in all of my shoes."
"I wear men’s size 8.5 2E shoes, and the Currex size medium (men’s 7 - 8.5) fit well both in terms of length and width."
"This is the second pair I’ve purchased. I’m typically a woman man’s 9-10. These fit great."
"They are easy to trim to fit."
Cons:
"I tried putting them in my wide 7.5 +Mizuno's and they wouldn't fit- too big."
"The arch support felt like it was too far back towards my heel and not in my actual arch."
"Opened the Amazon Box and the insoles were inside without any packaging. Used maybe? Not sure, but definitely doesn’t work for me."
"Under the Currex Medium insole is the Insole out of my Altra Escalante 2.5 Size M 8.5."
"Be aware the sizing chart on this website for medium profile doesn’t match the sizing chart in the actual insole box."
"Unfortunately, the harder white center section aligns under my left foot in a way that is incredibly painful."
"They're very noisy. I have these in 2 different pairs of shoes. The inserts make noise when they rub against the inside bottom of the shoe."
Value for Money
Pros:
"Yes they are expensive but your feet bear all your weight."
"Being sure that my feet will be in good shape is worth the ridiculously high price."
"I usually have custom orthotics from my podiatrist office for walking... They are a great product for the money."
"I begin having some knee, hip, and back pain about five years ago... They are a great product for the money, will last about a year and a half to two years, provide a great level of support while not being uncomfortable."
"Well worth the money."
"Put your money in these insoles--they are worth it."
"They are expensive but if you are a runner or on your feet all day, they are very much worth every penny."
Cons:
"Ok insole, overpriced for nothing special."
"Not worth the money, way overpriced."
"I will probably buy something more economical next time."
"Try them if you want but for me it was a waste."
"BUT, based on the price, not worth what they are asking."
"Overpriced, flimsy, poor quality. Absolutely not worth the $55."
"These run pros are nice but they're not $60 nice. I won't be buying these again."
Durability and Quality
Pros:
"These are durable and comfortable."
"I've used these soles ever since (4+ years) for every pair of running shoes and have noticed a substantial difference and improvement."
"They last two years - generally - dependent on how often and roughly you use your shoes."
"I’ve used this product for 5 years now and whilst I was sceptical initially now I wouldn’t run without them."
"These are the best insoles for my feet. They provide good cushion and support and last for a long time."
"I have 4 pairs of these insoles, and I will probably acquire more! They are awesome."
"I am on my third pair. Replace them every 6 mos or when new shoes."
Cons:
"After only a month of using them the insoles have flattened out and has no cushioning left."
"The overall construction was definitely on the cheaper side as far as the padding and plastic support given the price."
"They pretty much fell apart in my shoes."
"They started squeaking a week ago and my foot was hurting more."
"Within 5 seconds of receiving these I realized that they're not the Currex brand, they're some weird knock offs."
"They are falling apart."
"Great insoles, but not if they break down."

"The insoles do an amazing job stabilizing my feet while running, and have contributed in eliminating the calf pain I had."
Cons:
"Unfortunately, after a few runs, I ended up with athlete's foot...which I haven't had in years of running."
"I was hoping for some relief from plantar fasciitis. these insoles are very thin and floppy and did not provide nearly the support I am used to and need."
