Comfort and Fit

Pros:

  • "It feels like you're walking on a cloud... for about 10 steps until it shifts in your shoes and becomes very uncomfortable."
  • "They offer perfect support and keep my feet from being ridiculously sore after a long day."
  • "These were comfortable and fit well, but didn't seem to help for plantar fasciitis as advertised."
  • "These insole inserts fit nicely into my shoes without leaving an uncomfortable gap at the toes."
  • "These are very comfy and fit like they should."
  • "Only insert that has ever worked for my foot. The arch is right where it needs to be and the front part is thin enough that I do not notice it in my shoe unless it slips forward when I put the shoe on."
  • "These are comfortable, stay in place and affordable for all my shoes."

Cons:

  • "I didn’t like that there was not a toe piece to these, so they ended up sliding forward during the day."
  • "The insole barely comes to the halfway point (right where you need arch support) in my shoes and don't even feel any arch support."
  • "It's half size of other Plantar Fasciitis insoles. And they don't 'stick' well in my shoes."
  • "Also, since this is not a full insole, it slides inside my shoe after only a few minutes of walking."
  • "These also are not full size inserts which in my case has worked out."
  • "But when I used them outside for a much longer distance they tend to slide around so the heel portion isn't all the way back."
  • "These are way too loose, they float around the shoe and cause pain."

Support and Pain Relief

Pros:

  • "Gives the heel the cushion that I need...it extends far enough into the shoe so it does not move when I put my feet into it."
  • "They work better than some expensive orthotics I bought, and they are cheap enough to have several pairs."
  • "The cushion in the heel is just as good after 8 months as it was the first time that I wore them."
  • "This insole has a pretty significant arch support which might be too might for some but it is perfect for me."
  • "These are by far the best, and the best money you'll ever spend for relief."
  • "These insoles helped when I had planter fasciatis in both feet and have a great arch support."
  • "These are perfect for my plantar fasciitis."

Cons:

  • "These insoles are the worst thing I have ever bought... Buy these if you want insoles that are SUPER SMALL, or you need some foam for some random project around the house, otherwise, don't waste your time and money."
  • "The support could be better and the plastic piece bottom of the insole could be more firm to provide a better support."
  • "For me, at least, the arch support is just not high enough."
  • "The thin plastic plate adhered to the bottom of the insoles, to aid in supporting the arch of your foot, is so malleable that it’s useless."
  • "I have worn these orthotics for maybe a dozen times and already the top layer is coming apart from the rest of the orthotic."
  • "These were purchased to help me with foot pain due to plantar fasciitis. They actually caused me more pain and now it’s all together worse than before."
  • "The arch support felt good before walking...but again, the undersize and movement make them unusable."

Value and Durability

Pros:

  • "Good value too."
  • "I thought I'd try these out as a much less expensive alternative."
  • "Save yourself some money and get these. You won’t regret it."
  • "As others have said, you can’t beat the price. The materials quality is good as well."
  • "Great value and you definitely feel the support."
  • "They are a steal at $9 bucks... the quality and materials used on these are far superior to any of the others I have tried."
  • "These seem to last quite a long period of time."
