  • "I love them so much I have ordered two more pairs, they are worth every penny."
  • "Love my power step inserts! I work a physical job and was having a lot of foot pain, a couple days with the power step inserts in my work boots made a world of difference!"
  • "Very comfortable n fits just right. I love it."

Cons:

  • "This raised the heel height inside my shoe to the point where it would rub the back of my heel while walking, this turned into painful blisters."
  • "The right foot felt like I was walking on stones after a couple hours."
  • "Once I put the insoles in, it made my shoe so tight that it was pinching my foot everywhere & was more uncomfortable than before."
  • "I put them in a new pair of sketchers...My feet hurt immediately."
  • "They were painful after 4 miles and the fit in the shoe raised my heel to the point that I started to blister."
  • "These suck. I've bought many pairs of PowerStep before."
  • "I bought these for plantar fasciitis but these insoles made my feet hurt much worse then they were hurting it feels like walking on rocks and it bruises my feet just after wearing just 5 hours."

Durability and Quality

Pros:

  • "Long lasting. They make life better."
  • "Inserts are easy to move between shoes."
  • "These are not insoles that have to be replaced month after month as the cushioning compresses, instead these are designed as actual orthotics."
  • "So far they have very little wear to them so I don't foresee having to replace them anytime soon."
  • "They've held up well. No separating of materials or fraying."
  • "A pair of these usually lasts through two or maybe three shoe-lifes."
  • "Been a couple of years of wearing working out fine."

Cons:

  • "However, what really drove me to replace them was the fact that I managed to wear a hole through them underneath the ball of my foot within 2-3 months of getting them."
  • "However after three months I found myself in need of a new pair. The cushion around the internal support disintegrated, then allowing the support to dig straight into the sore area of my heel."
  • "The original powerstep crush after 6-12 months and lose their initial thin heel cushioning and need replaced fairly frequently."
  • "By the end of November, the outside edges of the heel support were flattened—leaving an uncomfortable ridge about 1/16 of an inch from the edge of the insole."
  • "I thought these would last longer than they should for the money spent. I wear them in my work boots and I can only get about 2 months out of them."
  • "These only last two months for me in my tennis shoes (for actually playing tennis). I was surprised that they got holes and worn through so quickly. For the money, I likely will not purchase them again."
  • "I have only had these for a few weeks and the foam in the heel has already broken away making it very uncomfortable to walk with now."

Support and Relief

Pros:

  • "These supports add a good amount of support, and hold my feet in a position that doesn't allow them to move in a way that will hurt my feet or ankles."
  • "Its like leveraging your weight to your legs instead, I have extremely high arches and these sit just right."
  • "These are great. I have flat very flat feet and these are for me."
  • "These arch supports feel so awesome from the first moment I put them in my shoes."
  • "They give me the support I need in my arch and relieve the pressure on my heel."
  • "Deep heel cups and arch support, give pain relief and make almost any shoe comfortable."
  • "So, these provide great arch support and took pressure off the painful area."

Cons:

  • "Arch support is good enough but that heel support? It’s poor."
  • "I'm not sure what they are made of, but the smelled worse than any foul cheese within 2 weeks."
  • "I have a pair of these in walking shoes and court shoes (tennis)...they make my feet smell in my athletic shoes...but overall it’s worth it."
  • "The company won’t let you return the product I can see why everyone would be returning them."
  • "Buyer beware. Returns are NOT PERMITTED."
  • "Buyer beware, this seller doesn’t take returns."
  • "These offer no support whatsoever and the seller won't return the item."

Value and Cost

Pros:

  • "They are cheaper than buying new shoes."
  • "These are just as supportive at a lower price."
  • "Another plus is the fair price."
  • "Price is comparable to Amazon so I bought a few items on Amazon and bought a pair to put in another pair of shoes."
  • "What an amazing value. I was so surprised by the quality of the construction and durability."
  • "For the price they are a good value. One pair of daily use lasts me about 6 months."
  • "It does the job and definitely worthy the price in its own site it’s way expensive... my doctor was pleased and happy to know I got these and the price was a surprise."

Cons:

  • "They fall short of what custom orthotics will do, and for some sizes they can be expensive, but they are generally a good value."
  • "I just wish they weren't so expensive... but generally I wish being an athlete wasn't so expensive so I guess I'll give them some credit."
  • "These aren’t any better than the ones I spent a lot less on."
  • "This pair is worthless. The crappy ones that come with the shoe is better than this."
  • "It offers some arch support, little heel cushioning, but poor overall poor support."
  • "But compressed fairly quickly and my feet are now as sore as they were before I started using them."
  • "I was pleasantly surprised at the price & am happy to know that when she needs a new pair it won't empty out my wallet."
