• "Decided to order this product as a temporary bed replacement after moving into a new apartment, it was super easy to use and after a week of sleeping on the floor, was a very comfortable sleep, However, as I was getting out of bed (as of the day of this review), the seam on the inner ridges of the bed lifted and the bed is no longer useable, other reviews I had read before mentioned a patching kit they received with their product mine however did not mention or come with one, this review only comes because the product failed the week after my return option through Amazon expired, AND, its extremely difficult to contact the seller about the listed '1-Year Warranty', when no contact is listed anywhere and even a google of the company leads to nothing but store listings for their products."
