Straw Functionality

  • "My 10 month old loves drinking from these. I like that they are pretty durable."
  • "It's designed for infant or younger toddler. It's leaking proof and baby can get water for any direction."
  • "We started offering water with food when my baby was about 6 months old. This was a great purchase."
  • "My daughter loves this cup BUT it has an air hole right on top and my daughter loves to flip the cup upside down resulting in a giant water puddle."

Cons:

  • "I got these for my 8 month old daughter to try but unfortunately she was not able to suck any water from the straw."
  • "Really hard to suck through the straw, my baby was struggling with this cup a lot more than another brand."
  • "This cup is not easy to clean and takes time but, with a straw cleaner it makes it more easy."
  • "The straw is really hard to clean, but it's not impossible."
  • "The straw is pretty challenging to get clean and you can’t rinse through them."
  • "The ability and ease of cleaning it is great. The colors are nice too. Sometimes the lids for the cups are not the easiest to get on or off."
  • "My daughter couldn't suck the milk up the straw. I tried it. It was hard for me to even get the milk up."
  • "It’s difficult for me as an adult to suck water from the straw, so idk how my baby is supposed to learn using this cup."

Leakage Issues

Pros:

  • "Well constructed doesn't leak no matter which way my kid holds it."
  • "It locks well and even when she tips it up, the weight part allows the straw to bend and still able to suck water out."
  • "The weighted straw feature is nice. Kids can tip it any which way and still get luquid."
  • "Leak proof unless you screw it on slightly off."
  • "I love that when my baby throws, shakes, flips it around, or even just drinking from it does not have liquid leaking everywhere."
  • "We bought this for my 10 month old to encourage her to learn to use a straw. We like this cup best because it has a weighted straw that captures whatever from any angel, it also rarely spills."
  • "They don’t really leak unless pressure builds up."
  • "Great Value for both cups. My toddler loves it."

Cons:

  • "These cups are not leak proof. No matter what they always leak from the straws."
  • "It leaks constantly. Also, the juice or the milk is constantly being sucked out."
  • "I really loved these cups... But if there is anything other than water in them it seems like it backs up and comes out of the straw."
  • "The milk made it way all the way to the top of the straw on its own to the point where closing the lid would cause the milk to drip out."
  • "This is a nice little cup, but it likes to over flow just sitting anywhere."
  • "Very easy for my daughter to use, but it does leak quite often, even if it’s just sitting out on the counter."
  • "This bottle has made my life a living nightmare. This thing overflows all the time. Mess after mess."
  • "The way the straw is designed, once it has been sucked through it is very easy for liquid to spill out or leak which is quite messy."

Design and Build Quality

Pros:

  • "I love these cups! I love how my son can drink from any angle."
  • "These cups are great for my toddlers. They come with a brush to clean the straw, which works great to keep clean."
  • "You have to suck really hard to get the liquid up...But they are leak proof."
  • "Leak proof unless you screw it on slightly off. Happened to us twice so far, but very happy with purchase!"
  • "I love the colors of the cups. The straws are pretty challenging to get clean and you can’t rinse through them. The cups do leak a little when tipped over."
  • "This is the only straw cup that my baby got to drink water off of it super fast. She’s been using it since she was 4m old. Only downside is that it spills water everywhere when it flips upside down."
  • "It works exactly like it says it does. The weighted part of the straw moves around and as my baby flips the cup around."
  • "My daughter loves this cup BUT it has an air hole right on top and my daughter loves to flip the cup upside down resulting in a giant water puddle."

Cons:

  • "I've been buying these cups for 5 years...why is quality still an issue???"
  • "I thought I loved this cup but soon noticed how frequently the straw leaked."
  • "I bought two from Publix. My daughter likes them. It can be tricky to seat the lid properly. If you don't seat the lid correctly, prepare for a spill."
  • "The little piece that flips over the straw pops off very easily."
  • "This bottle is a horrible design. I tried to wash it before my baby used it but the water doesn't go through the straw."
  • "I only used this cup once. My daughter couldn't suck the milk up the straw. Then when I cleaned it, it was impossible to get the milk out of the straw."
  • "If I could give it 0 stars I would. It is nearly impossible to screw this lid on and no matter how hard I try it will not go on correctly which then leaves me covered in water from all of the leakage."
  • "Bought two of these, both leaks excessively even after the clock sound. The cap is also very hard to align to get to the click sound."
