  • "Do not expect to stay warm in temperatures below 40 degrees."
  • "It’s snug, really snug. I had trouble spinning around no matter what I did."
  • "Being a mummy bag I expected the bag to be pretty snug, but it is super tight around my shoulders and upper body making any sort of movement tedious."
  • "It's got the length, but my shoulders are too big. Cannot zip up past my torso."

Quality and Durability

Pros:

  • "Great quality for the price."
  • "The material seems to be high quality."
  • "The interior lining has a nice soft texture - not like the slippery plastic feel of my old bags."
  • "Sleeping bag is extremely warm and nice quality."
  • "The compression stuff sack is reasonably good quality."
  • "The stitching and overall construction of the bag is solid."
  • "Seems well constructed and lightweight."

Cons:

  • "Much to my disappointment the zipper has already broken and the sleeping bag it now essentially useless."
  • "Other sewed parts also didn't look very 'handled with care' and some treads hanging here and there."
  • "Minus one star because the fabric feels flimsy on the outside and not sure it will last long."
  • "The lousy nylon zipper has been repeatedly jamming on the thin material that is too close to the zipper and yesterday it broke."
  • "Zipper snags a bit, there are lots of cold spots."
  • "The zipper was sewn unevenly, and the overall quality of the pack seems cheap and defective."
  • "I don't like inner material it feel cheap and it full of pile."

Size and Portability

Pros:

  • "This bag is light weight, easy to roll up, fits in its stuff sack."

  • "First, the bags are fairly light at just 2lb 9 oz."
  • "It's not too difficult to roll up and get back into the compression sack."
  • "It packs relatively small."

Cons:

  • "I have the sleeping bag as compact as possible and can't fit it in either my 55L bag or my 70L bag."
  • "Pretty heavy too, but that's to be expected with a synthetic 5*."
  • "BUT PUTTIG IT BACK WAS A HUGE WORKOUT."
  • "It is a little heavy in my opinion, but that's to be expected from such a low-temperature bag."
  • "Smaller than what you would think was a double doesn't keep you warm in 20 degree weather unless you're bundled up and ripped within a few days of using it."
  • "It is not nearly as compact-able or light."
  • "Just wish it didn’t pack down so bulky and heavy."

  • "Many nights were in the low 40's and I was cold in this bag."
  • "I don't think it's suitable for winter camping at all."
