Effectiveness and Benefits

Pros:

  • "I simply add about a squirt or two to my eggs, oatmeal, coffee, sauces/gravies, etc and voila, I feel full for at least 3-4 hours longer."
  • "Helps me feel full. Dark container, organic. Easy way to add fats."
  • "I'm really enjoying this in my morning coffee... I noticed an out of the blue energy and pleasant mood."
  • "Sourced strictly from organic, non-GMO coconuts, this luscious MCT oil contains one of the highest concentrations of Caprylic Acid and Capric Acid available."
  • "I've been using MCT oil everyday in my coffee, tea, and other food items to help me stay in ketosis and get a good amount of energy to do workouts."
  • "I started with a small dose & worked up to a tablespoon. I noticed mild GI symptoms ie nausea & gas with first few doses."
  • "Excellent product. Was able to notice a difference in my morning routine in 3 days! Less need for coffee, helped with my appetite as well as my motivation to get out of bed."
  • "I've been using this product due to its many benefits and I've been slowly trying to transition to a keto diet."

Cons:

  • "Bought the largest size which came with a useless pump dispenser. The pump leaks even when in the closed position."
  • "It not only oozes out from the sides at the top, but also at the base."
  • "Problem is it doesn’t hold the oil you tilt and squirts right away not even squeezing it. Spilling all over the place first time I used it."
  • "The only bad thing I can say is that for me it is hard to get spout to work."
  • "I agree with all of the comments stating the velocity at which the oil comes out of the bottle. It is a bit shocking at first."
  • "You won’t be able to return this so just don’t do it. This came in saying Poor! 100% all SATURATED FAT! Hazardous to your health!"
  • "I didn’t feel it mixed/blended the way a normal liquid would...At times, depending one what it was mixed with, I could feel the oil in my drink."
  • "The opening is not designed to pour out, it squirts out!! What a mess!!"

Packaging and Dispensing

Pros:

  • "The new packaging is also a nice touch. The lid/bottle stays a lot cleaner when you squeeze it and doesn’t get everywhere anymore."
  • "It has a squeeze top lid!!...it has a squeeze top which is awesome! You can tip this over and just squeeze as much or as little as you want without the worry of spilling or dripping."
  • "Unlike other oils, this one has a cap that is designed to keep the oil in the bottle, not all over the counter as other MCT oils!"

Cons:

  • "Might have gotten a dud or they used a terrible design. Threw out the dispenser."
  • "It not only oozes out from the sides at the top, but also at the base. Not an educated guess that the container is part of the problem."
  • "Seems like a good quality MCT oil probably the same brand I buy at Costco. Problem is it doesn’t hold the oil you tilt and squirts right away not even squeezing it."
  • "The box seemed a little large for the two items and maybe not enough bubble wrap. Both products I received came damaged."
  • "The recommended starter dose of 1 tbsp led to a very severe side effect of diarrhea."
