Comfort and Fit

Pros:

  • "It just pulls on like a glove so it is easy to put on."
  • "I’m considering getting a second because it’s really helped keep my rom to a place where I can move it enough but not move it too much which is one of the hardest things for me to find in a brace."
  • "As soon as I put the wrist guard on, I could feel the support I needed and had a much better evening wearing the wrist guard."
  • "I really love the brace as I can still work out and do my job without the hassle of feeling very uncomfortable."
  • "I bought two of these, one for me and one for my wife. They are a universal fit and they fit just perfect."
  • "Excellent quality. Stable wrist support and very comfortable to wear."
  • "I can go a full 12 hour shift wearing this and when I take it off it doesn't feel sore at all!"

Cons:

  • "Total waste of money the thumb holes hurt instantly and there is no way you can put them on by yourself."
  • "The metal quickly wore through the fabric meant to contain it and within 8 weeks of purchase, it was cutting me at night."
  • "And these are not worth the money."
  • "I had to return it after a week of trying it out. Just having it on for 10 minutes bothered my wrist more than it normally was bothered without it on."
  • "Wrist ban not comfortable, did not support hand/wrist carpal tunnel issues."
  • "One of the metal bars sewn in the brace has broken through the stitching."
  • "The only downfall is that the part that hooks over my thumb does irritate my skin a little bit from the constant rubbing."

Quality and Durability

Pros:

  • "This product has helped relieve some symptoms of RSI from extensive computer mouse usage."
  • "The carpal tunnel syndrome isn't gone, but the pain and discomfort is now more bearable and I can write for longer periods of time."
  • "They are easy to put on and I like the carrying bag that came with them--I just leave them in my gym bag for when I need to use them."
  • "We ordered a second one so we can have a spare while the original is in the wash. Ill also note that it went through the wash and we let it air dry and it held up fine."
  • "Good product. They are well made and offer great stability with three metal stays."
  • "Price was right, look like a good design and comfortable and it was all that."
  • "The adjustable Velcro strap enables me to provide the right amount of firm support but is still comfortable to wear."

Cons:

  • "Everything about this brace is wonderful except that it lasted less than a year before it came unsewn to the point that it's unusable."
  • "It also didn’t give me much stability."
  • "Has to be the worst brace I've ever encountered."
  • "I found it too easily sliding around the outside of my hand, despite being as snug as I could get it, which stopped it from providing any support."
  • "Item received is NOT the item in the photos."
  • "It wraps too high, wrapping right over my injury and agitating it instead of supporting it."
  • "The material isn't breathable. My hands do get a little sweaty underneath these braces."

Customer Service and Value

Pros:

  • "Great product. My wife is pregnant and couldn’t sleep for nothing due to pregnancy related carpal tunnel. She put this on and was able to sleep comfortably through the night."
  • "Updated November 13 -- vendor not only refunded first purchase but sent a couple of other models for me to try."
  • "This is honestly one of the best products I’ve ever purchased."
  • "I highly recommend this wrist brace. It offers comfortable support without the cumbersome weight of a larger stiffer brace."
  • "Hard to believe... these are just like Amazon's #1 Best Seller but at 1/3 the price."
  • "These wraps are the real deal. They wrap easily, provide much needed support and don't cause my circulation to become an issue."
  • "The material is fairly comfortable and the brace can be tightened to most fits (good, because I have tiny wrists too!)."

Cons:

  • "And these are not worth the money."
  • "The product was cute in looks but for support with my hands not so good the quality was very poor and they split at the seams the second week I wore them."
  • "The brace itself fits well and provides support but like other reviews say after a day or two it creates a bad odor and washing it does not help."
  • "The way they designed this is not great as you would have to leave a lot of extra on the wrap before you the two ends hold on to each others making it super flexible and providing no support at all to your wrist."
  • "Says it’s comfy during the day but cannot sleep with it."
  • "The seams near the Velcro start ripping and the thumb section becomes flimsy."
  • "They worked great for about three weeks before the metal supports worked their way through the fabric of the brace."
