  • "I have very high arches. These are great! Adjustable to size if needed and last a long time. This is my 5th or 6th pair. Love em!"

Cons:

  • "They were not at all comfortable or cushy."
  • "This product is designed to support a low arch. It was not designed with anything to absorb or minimize the shock of your foot hitting the ground. Your heel WILL hurt after wearing these all day."
  • "The arch was too high, and all I wanted to do was to exchange for the proper arch support for my feet."
  • "The heel support is okay but not great."

Material Quality

Pros:

  • "They are durable and have lasted a long time."

Cons:

  • "They are extremely firm material, nothing like real orthotics or cheap insoles."
  • "These Insoles feel like they're made in some eastern sweat shop. The quality is horrible and I had to throw them away after 1 use."
  • "These are nothing like the quality of superfeet's hiking and running inserts. The feel and look cheap though they cost just as much."
  • "Hard as a rock. I removed them after 15 minutes because my feet and legs were aching so bad."
  • "They are very flimsy and weak no cushion whatsoever on the ends of my feet towards my toes it’s thinner than cardboard and feels weaker than cardboard."
  • "The plastic heel support already has detached from the rest of the insert."
  • "These even started to break down in like a week."

Value for Money
