Absorbency and Leak Protection

Pros:

  • "I can’t believe how absorbent these pads are! They really held up when I needed them to and I never leaked through them."
  • "They are perfect for high milk supply, absorb leaks, keep you dry, are soft and great for sensitive skin."
  • "Absorbent and thin enough to not be noticeable which is a plus."
  • "This pad does not leak and my milk flow is a lot. It covers more of your breast which I like."
  • "They work very well in absorbing and keeping skin dry."
  • "These are by far my favorite nursing pads. The absorbency was great for the beginning stages of breastfeeding when I was overproducing."
  • "These work better than washable ones. I was leaking through the reusable pads and my shirts every day. Since I switched to these I haven't leaked through anything."
  • "These are the only breast pads that work and keep me leak free all day! As an oversupplier, I was nervous that I wouldn’t be able to go out in public or do anything after soaking through 3 other brands and washable pads."

Cons:

  • "I go through 2 of these a day (on each side). They don’t hold as much as other brands."
  • "These always leaked for me. They also moved a lot more than I wanted. Little white stuff started coming out of them."
  • "These were my favorite nursing pads with my first (now 3 years old), so I ordered four boxes of these before the new baby was born. They work just as well as when I used them the first time, but the actual pad is not as shown in the picture."

Comfort and Fit

Pros:

  • "They're easy to use and not uncomfortable. Great for catching those embarrassing leaks/letdown at the most inopportune time."
  • "They are nice and large and the adhesion is great, I have no problem getting them to stay even just inside of a regular shirt or tank when not wearing a bra."
  • "These disposable pads were really nice to use especially when my milk came in and I was like a leaking faucet! I just slip them between me and my bra and they worked great and had no leakage!"
  • "I never notice they’re there. I don’t leak a lot so I don’t know how these would do with more leaks but I imagine they would still be amazing."
  • "These are by far my favorite nursing pads. I've breastfed 4 kids and these have always been my go to. Other brands irritate or cause leaks."
  • "I love using these! I used them for my first child and now use them again with my second. They stick perfectly inside your bra and stay in place all day and all night inside my shirt while sleeping."
  • "Love them! They work excellent, comfortable, all that jazz."
  • "These are the best nursing pads I found. With all three of my babies I used these for the first couple months after birth, when the washable cotton pads would stick uncomfortably to my nipples. These did not stick."

Cons:

  • "However, over the span of 4 years I’ve noticed these have been bunching up. They are comfortable for the most part until they began bunching."
  • "This is terrible, I’m giving these as a baby shower gift to the mother and the pads came in a brown box not as the ones advertised! They look generic to me!"
  • "I have very sensitive skin to begin with... so if you do too, you will probably get itchy using these pads."
  • "I liked the old version better. Now with those little ridges it feels rough and it's uncomfortable when it rubs on the nipple."
