Size and Fit

Pros:

  • "I love that these come in larger sizes because I can't find these sizes in the store."
  • "After washing, they didn't shrink much, my daughter fits in these great with some room to grow."
  • "They fit amazing and have room for growth. Gerber is the only brand that has those in between sizes like 3-6 and 6-9."
  • "These are a staple in a baby’s wardrobe. They are perfect to put under pajamas or any outfit to add an extra layer of protection from the cold weather."
  • "My 16 month old is 28 lb, so I sized up to the 3T since these shirts tend to shrink a little."
  • "They're very soft and washed well. My only problem with them is they seem to run a little small."
  • "My toddler is in a phase where she refuses to wear nothing but onesies! This is the old product that offers sizes bigger than 24 months."
  • "The price is right and the material is super soft!"

Cons:

  • "These onesies were a good deal for their price. They are definitely made of thin material."
  • "The neck area stretches out quite a bit if manipulated a lot while dressing, but tightens back up post wash."
  • "My 8 month old wears 9-12 month onesies. The 12 month ones are usually a tad bit too long. These onesies run so small."
  • "I ordered these in size 18M for my sons he was currently wearing 12m clothing and was going to be sizing up soon. Upon receiving these I noticed they were WAY tiny."
  • "They fit more like 3 months than 3-6 months. When compared to other brands at the same size, there’s a huge difference."
  • "After one wash in gentle cycle with cold water, it looks like it's almost tie-dyed. Each one has the color fading in random spots throughout each one."
  • "They are a slightly thinner material which is perfect for the summer time. I recommend no heat/hang drying due to the shrinkage."
  • "My tall 2 year old girl did fit in the 3t unwashed.. but once I washed it, it shrunk 1.5 inches in length and looked like an 18 month old onesie."

Material Quality

Pros:

  • "The material is super soft and they seem to run slightly smaller or more fitted than some as well but we sized up anyhow so he will have time to grow in them."
  • "They are very soft and have a little stretch to them, I'm happy with my purchase."
  • "The black onesies are awesome and a nice change from the traditional white ones we buy by default for some reason. I love that they stretch enough to get my little guys head into them but they don’t lose their shape."
  • "These onesies are the quality I've come to expect from Gerber. Durable and thick, they keep our baby warm when layered."
  • "Great brand, great quality but the sizing runs small. Bought 5 to make outfits for upcoming events."
  • "These are typical (cheap) inexpensive onesies. The fabric is a little rough compared to nicer cotton ones, they are cut a little on the long and narrow side."
  • "These are the softest onesies ever!! I am not too sure about only having 2 snaps instead of 3, but so far so good! they wash up nice and keep getting softer."
  • "These do run small but are very soft and adorable on my baby girl."

Cons:

  • "These are fine basic onesies but the fabric is a bit thin and I find they run a little small."
  • "The fabric used is extremely thin. I could see my son's skin and diaper through them."
  • "I ordered these after purchasing organic Gerber onesies a few months ago. However, these are thin and ribbed and feel much cheaper than the other ones we have."
  • "Not only are these 3T and up... They keep their shape and size after lots of washing."
  • "These fit smaller than most onesies, and they seemed to shrink in the wash."
  • "The material for these onesies is soft and a decent thickness. So far they've been more durable than others we've tried."
  • "I bought these to put designs on for a family newborn. They are very soft, but all appear to be made slightly crooked even after I 'blocked' them to try to straighten them out."
  • "I read in the reviews that these shrunk so I bought one size larger than needed. They fit perfectly after washing and drying."
