Adhesion

Pros:

  • "These stick great, are quite flexible, and do not come off until you pull them off."
  • "They hold all day, even when sweating @ tennis!!!"
  • "These bandages stick very well, but are irritating to the skin."
  • "Good adhesion and the adhesive is water tolerant."
  • "Sticks securely, but not so much that it makes removal painful."
  • "The adhesive worked really well and stayed put. The flexible fabric was durable and flexible."
  • "These Band-Aids really really stay on! I've had ones on my fingers or somewhere on my hands for multiple days at a time and they survive washing dishes, washing my hair, using hands sanitizer and washing my hands."

Cons:

  • "These bandages seem great until you take it off and realize it feels glued to your skin."
  • "Absolute waste of effort, money and time. These things have no adhesive ability at all."
  • "The adhesive on these bandages did not work very well. They came off easy."
  • "The adhesive does not stick to skin, starts coming off after just a few minutes."
  • "Easy to remove, only because they have barely any adhesive. They routinely fall off."
  • "One of the basic characteristics of a bandage should be adhering to the skin. Since these bandages do not adhere to the skin, they are missing a large component of what's needed in a bandage."
  • "Worst bandages I ever used. Adhesive difficult to remove and takes skin off."

Comfort and Flexibility

Pros:

  • "Flexible, comfortable, the adhesive didn’t make me itch, and not too painful to remove."
  • "These are fabric bandages. They flex and stay put."
  • "They’re made with flexible fabric so they are comfortable."
  • "These are flexible, sticky, and absorbent."
  • "The bandage flexes easily with body movement."
  • "Flexible mesh extends all the way around, makes for a great seal, keeps dirt out."
  • "These are BIG as in the knee size. Great stick and stay in place. Very easy to remove and doesn't irritate skin."

Cons:

  • "But it's painful to get off. If you're covering a wound they needs to be covered for more than an hour, or so, it will latch on like glue."
  • "These stick to your skin so much that when taken off my skin came off with it....I have a rash and skin removal where these where placed..Very painful!"
  • "When it finally gets peeled off, the skin is red and irritated, and has bits of adhesive all over it that's hard to come off."
  • "Worste bandages I have ever used. The glue does not come off and I have a rash from the adhesive for over 2 weeks now."
  • "These pads stick well, almost too well."
  • "Terrible. Used these on my forearm and the adhesive made my skin itchy and later, caused a rash."
  • "Don't know what's in these but caused me to break out in an absolutely awful rash."

Quality and Durability

Pros:

  • "Much better quality than any other type of band aid. It’s thicker and adheres well."
  • "They do not rub off easily, so they are pretty durable."
  • "These are tough bandages and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable bandage around this size."
  • "These were so nice a quality for the money. These beat the crappy, plastic, over-priced bandages that you see in the stores."
  • "These bandages are amazing!! They really stick!"
  • "These are an excellent product and easily match the quality of other 'bandaids'. They stay in place even after showering and when ready, are easy to remove."
  • "Just as good as the brand name cloth bandages at a MUCH better price."

Cons:

  • "We had used these bandages for years, they WERE a mainstay in our house. However the last order must have had a change of formulation or at least a bad lot."
  • "These must be old as I had it on for less than a day and it gave me sores."
  • "They look good, just like the brand name products. They don't last like the brand name product. After a few short hours they removed themselves."
  • "These are very poor quality bandaids. The edges have no stick, especially around the padding leaving them useless to protect open wounds against bacteria."
  • "What I like the least was that they didn't stay put very well."
  • "They're not at all good at holding up to sweat. Mine started peeling off almost immediately when I went out in the summer heat."
  • "If you're looking for a bandage that will stay in place for a long time even if it gets wet I would look elsewhere."
